The Beak is an English farmhouse brewery specialising in seasonal, food-centric beers. Every recipe is designed and brewed by award-winning food and drink writer Daniel Tapper.
Instead of a core range of beers, Daniel creates limited-release batches informed by the seasons, ranging from Viognier barrel-aged saisons to coffee and chocolate imperial porters.
A nomadic brewer, Daniel has spent the last two years collaborating with some of the UK’s best breweries, including many in his home county of Yorkshire.
He currently brews on a farm near West Hoathley Sussex and is creating a range of bespoke beers for clients as diverse as Borough Market and Vinoteca.
